Additional services may be requested but are subject to availability and extra charges.
3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made via our website or an authorized communication channel.

Payment must be completed before or upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Liability and Limitations

Cleanvy is not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing conditions of the property.

We do not assume liability for items misplaced or lost unless proven to be due to staff misconduct.

Liability for damages caused by our staff is limited to the value of the cleaning session.

We do not accept responsibility for delays or service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, power failures, etc.).
7. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Subscription services (weekly, biweekly, annual) are billed automatically.

Failure to cancel within the timeframe will result in automatic renewal and billing.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

All client data is processed in compliance with GDPR and as per our Privacy Policy.

Client data will not be shared or sold to third parties except as required for payment processing and legal compliance.
9. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied, we offer a re-cleaning service, subject to reasonable conditions.

Complaints must be made in writing via email within 12 hours of service completion.

Refunds are issued only when a re-cleaning cannot be arranged and the complaints were reported in 12 hours.
10. Use of Website

Users agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to hack, spam, or disrupt services.
